Shift Leader - Los Lunas/Sun Ranch

Shift Leaders at Burritos Alinstante are hands-on team members responsible for leading each shift to deliver an exceptional guest experience. They ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety; support, guide, and motivate team members; accurately handle point-of-sale transactions; and communicate effectively with upper management regarding shift needs, challenges, and operational updates.

Rate of Pay

  • $16.00

What you Need

  • A minimum of 6 months previous supervisory experience.

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Strong integrity and work ethic.

  • Availability for weekends and holidays.

Education

  • A minimum of 6 months previous supervisory experience.

Physical Demands/Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long period of time.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (e.g. picking up and changing trash bags).

  • Reaching, bending, or kneeling (e.g. pulling weeds, stocking shelves from boxes).
